CMR600

1.Multi-spectrum lighting system, solving the scanning challenge of complex materials
Advantages: Equipped with red/white/green LED lighting + laser aiming.
Advantage interpretation: In the IVD field, transparent/dark test tubes, reflective cryogenic vials, or curved reagent bottles are commonly used. The three-color lighting system can automatically switch to the optimal light source (such as red light for strong penetration, white light for true color reproduction, and green light for enhanced contrast) for barcodes of different materials and backgrounds, effectively solving the problem of "difficult barcode reading" caused by reflection and glare.
2. High resolution and long depth of field, adaptable to diverse sample containers
Advantages: 1920×1080 CMOS sensor, minimum resolution of 3mil, scanning distance range of 30mm-650mm.
Advantage interpretation: The CMR600 can not only read the extremely small barcodes on micro reagent bottles but also accommodate scanning needs ranging from close range to long range. This means that whether it's closely arranged test tube racks or larger reagent kits, the CMR600 can handle them with ease.

Advantages: Supports OCR character recognition + visual color judgment/material sorting/model training.
Advantage interpretation: It is not only a "barcode scanner", but also an intelligent visual sensor. On the IVD assembly line, it can simultaneously complete: reading barcodes, identifying the printed expiration date/batch number (OCR), and sorting based on the color of the test tube cap. This multi-purpose machine helps equipment manufacturers simplify system design. It provides an SDK interface for customers to conduct secondary development, flexibly matching personalized application scenarios.

1. Ultra-small size and lightweight design, maximizing space savings within the interior
Advantages: Its dimensions are only 26×25×50mm (length × width × height), and it weighs approximately 100g.
Advantage interpretation: Compared to most fixed scanners on the market, the CMR650 has an extremely small cross-sectional size (approximately two finger widths). For IVD analyzers, automated workstations, or handheld terminal integrations where internal space is at a premium, this means a "zero-footprint" embedding experience, allowing for easy integration without requiring significant modifications to the device structure.
2. Dual laser aiming + white light illumination, precise positioning and fast focusin
Advantages: Equipped with 650nm red dual-laser focusing + white LED illumination (3000K).
Advantage Analysis: The "Dual Laser" design offers a more intuitive and clearer aiming indication, allowing operators or automated mechanisms to instantly confirm whether the scanning area is aligned. Coupled with high-color-rendering white light illumination, clear images can be obtained even in dark environments, significantly enhancing the success rate of initial reading.
3. Ultra-wide field of view, covering a larger area at once
Advantages: Field of view angle is 82° vertically and 52° horizontally.
Advantage Analysis: Compared to conventional scanners, the CMR650 boasts a wider field of view (especially with a vertical angle of 82°), which means it can cover a wider area of conveyor belts or test tube racks from a fixed position. This reduces the number of scanners required to be installed, thereby lowering costs for instrument manufacturers and enhancing space utilization.
